INGREDIENTS
- 2t Gotcha Matcha and 3 oz hot water
- 1T best quality chocolate pieces
- 1 cup almond milk
Whisk matcha tea in a bowl. Warm almond milk on low heat over the stove and add chocolate bits slowly while stirring. When chocolate is thoroughly melted combine hot chocolate and matcha. OPTIONAL: add MCT oil, cinnamon or honey.
Electric milk frothers, like a Nespresso or Breville, work really well here too. You can even combine all of the ingredients at once and press the button. Voila!
Remember there is no right, or wrong way to prepare matcha drinks. Try different ratios and ingredients until you get just the way you like it.
